Safety Leader | Military Veteran | Operational Strategist

Sergeant William Moore is a proven leader whose career spans over three decades in both military and civilian operational environments. From managing dispatch for concrete fleets in Nevada to leading medical readiness for over 1,000 Air National Guard members, William has made a lifelong impact on workforce safety, crisis response, and team development.

He holds an AAS in Survival and Rescue Operations and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. His distinguished military service includes roles such as Command Chief Master Sergeant and Superintendent to the Air Surgeon, where he shaped policy and preparedness across 54 U.S. territories.

A four-time recipient of the Meritorious Service Medal, William is recognized for turning complexity into clarity, setbacks into strategy, and everyday jobs into meaningful missions. Above all, he leads with two timeless principles: listen well and serve better.
